Cooperrider. Hector has a Masters’ degree from Michigan State University, a PhD from Texas A&M University, and has worked for thirty-two years in education. Rosalinda is the director for the Institute of Wellbeing and Happiness at Universidad Tecmilenio and has twenty years’ experience in higher education both as a professor and administrator.

David Cooperrider, Ph.D., is a Distinguished University Professor at Case Western Reserve University, where he holds the Covia- -David L. Cooperrider Professorship in Appreciative Inquiry. He is also the Honorary Chair of Champlain College’s David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry in the Stiller School of Business. David now serves on the Board of Trustees of the Organization Development Network.

He is president of Tecmilenio University in México that has taken a deep approach on introducing positive psychology across the curricula in all academic degrees of the University and created the first Wellbeing Institute in Mexico.
