Duane R. Bidwell, PhD associate professor of practical theology, spiritual care and counseling at Claremont School of Theology, Claremont, CA, is a spiritually integrative psychotherapist and Presbyterian pastor who works from social constructionist perspectives. He wrote Short-term Spiritual Guidance and Empowering Couples: A Narrative Approach to Spiritual Care.

Katherine Rand, MPP is pursuing a PhD in practical theology at the Claremont School of Theology.
