ABSTRACT

Schrödinger’s cat is the one stakeholder in that metaphorical story without a voice. In looking for pragmatic solutions for enacting the UN’s SDGs how can we ensure that all voices are heard in a set of seventeen SDGs which have multiple outcome targets, multiple stakeholders with varying interest, multiple places to start, multiple paths to follow and multiple outcomes being sought?
