March, 2019, Nice. The WAIC adventure begins for French AI practitioners, many of whom are attending their first WAIC. In this article, Annie Benzeno and Catherine Merhand gather some of their stories of discovery and first connections.

Annie has an Engineering degree from INSA and Masters in Learning Engineering a as well as an AI certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from Case Western Reserve University. She has been part of the research action of the Societal Transformation Lab (including U theory, MIIT and Presencing Institute 2019) and founded AYEKA in 2010. She is a coach, and consultant in organisational transformation.

Catherine graduated from the French higher business school, ESC Rouen, and also has an AI certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from Case Western Reserve University. Professional experience includes management for seventeen years. She founded Coaching & Management in 2007. She is a coach, she is a training consultant and change facilitator.
