Professor Susan Watson is the dean of the University of Auckland Business School and Director of Faculty Research Centre Juncture: Dialogues on inclusive capitalism. Her research seeks to understand how the corporate form developed, why it is so successful, and the economic and societal impact of corporations.

Dr Billie Lythberg is a senior lecturer in the disciplinary area of Critical Māori and Pacific Island Organisation Studies and Associate Director of Juncture. Her research focuses on Te Taiao – environmental and human systems of organisation in generative balance – and the development and application of Pacific Research Methods.

Professor Carla Houkamau, the deputy dean of the University of Auckland Business School, is of Ngāti Porou (Te Whānau a Tuwhakairiora), Ngāti Kahungunu (Ngāti Kere) and Pākehā descent. Her research focuses on Māori intra-group diversity and the social psychology of Māori-Pākehā intergroup relations.
