ABSTRACT

This article explores how an unintentional use of Appreciative Inquiry helped a midwifery student overcome imposter syndrome. By reflecting on her journey and strengths, such as communication and empathy, we reframed her self-doubt into self-assurance. The approach highlights the power of focusing on individual strengths to build confidence and foster growth in healthcare education.
