ABSTRACT

Cheri Torres and Jackie Stavros have simplified Appreciative Inquiry to its basic practices, making it easy for people to integrate Appreciative Inquiry into daily conversations that support wellbeing and success. They offer a simple strategy to support intentional communication and share two Appreciative Inquiry practices – asking generative questions and using a positive frame – to ensure any conversation is worth having.
