It fosters clarity, collaboration, and regenerative practice across diverse settings. The diagram is being developed as an open-source resource for practitioners, educators, and changemakers committed to building a more just and regenerative future.

Dr Nicole S Morris is an associate professor and the LaMarche Endowed Chair at Saint Michael’s College, where she teaches accounting, management, and entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Management, an MBA, and a BBA in accounting. A licensed CPA and CGMA, Nicole’s research focuses on sustainable business practices and experiential learning.

She has a PhD in measurement and statistics, an MA in educational leadership, and a BS in industrial and systems engineering.
