ABSTRACT

This article offers a close look at Group Talent, a social economy network in the Kempen region of Belgium where nearly 1,000 people work in a culture of trust, attention, and shared learning. Based on conversations with four board members, each trained as an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner in a Belgian- Netherlands learning network, it shows how Appreciative Inquiry lives beyond methods and meetings. Through concrete stories and everyday micro-practices, the article reveals how conscious investment in relationships fuels wellbeing, collaboration, and innovation at scale.
