ABSTRACT

This article focuses specifically on generative artificial intelligence – large language and multimodal models capable of producing novel content, augmenting human expertise, and reshaping how knowledge is created and distributed across organizations. The SOAR framework developed by Dr Jacqueline Stavros is not merely an Appreciative Inquiry instrument; it is a generative dialogic organization development method. When used in concert with Michael Lenox’s Strategist’s Challenge, SOAR becomes the anchor for embedding Generative AI within the lived experience of the workforce.
