ABSTRACT

Appreciative Inquiry is becoming established as a powerful and transformative methodology within the educational world. This approach, focused on strengths, shared dreams and positive actions, promotes a cultural change in schools from a collaborative, constructive and human perspective, both in the field of direct intervention in classrooms and in the professional development of teachers or educational leadership. This article presents several real-world experiences that show how Appreciative Inquiry can become an inspiring and effective tool to transform educational life from within.
