ABSTRACT

Cooperrider and Sekeika (2003) stated that the Appreciative Paradigm is focused on finding out what brings life into a social system so that a better future can be built upon a worldview fit for change.

Andrés Aular López, author of books and scientific publications primarily in Spanish, holds a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences and is a esearch professor at Simón Rodríguez University in Venezuela and a member of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation of Venezuela (Recitven).Between November, 2023 and February, 2024, he has been a visiting senior researcher at the University of La Coruña, Spain.
