While Appreciative Inquiry is a whole-systems change management model, integrative business negotiations training and coaching offers a toolkit for leaders at all organizational levels to maximize outcomes of the transformational process. When aligned, the synergy between the two frameworks may provide a strategic advantage to achieve transformational goals.
