Appreciative Inquiry and Generative Artificial Intelligence could form a powerful partnership for organisational change. We explore how Appreciative Inquiry practitioners and Artificial Intelligence-driven agents could work together to uncover insights, design targeted interventions and promote a culture of open dialogue, enabling truly transformational change, taking inspiration from fields such as politics and entrepreneurship.
