ABSTRACT

I worked as an educational specialist in the Republic of Suriname, South America where I was involved in the design of the new long-term reform program for primary education. I came to believe that this integrated longterm program would be more powerful if we based it on Suriname’s own best vision of education using an AI-based positive participative change process throughout the country.
