ABSTRACT

This paper attempts to demonstrate how Appreciative Inquiry has been used to create a conducive environment for experiential learning inside the classroom. AI shows that students have different learning abilities and they choose which set of learning abilities to use in specific situations. It further facilitates creating an environment within classroom where different forms of learning could be introduced for collective and holistic understanding.
