Jamming in Their Own Style

As a global Appreciative Inquiry community, we were warmly welcomed into a virtual space that enabled practitioners and enthusiasts to “jam” in their own style. Each presenter shared a number of themes, sparking rich dialogue and generative learning. A week after it ended, I am still processing and unpacking my takeaways and insights. I’m happy to share some ponderings I have distilled so far, although I am certain they will evolve.
