ABSTRACT

We can see when we watch a small child exploring life that Appreciative Inquiry works well when we use it naturally. The contributors to this issue share how they have done so, making Appreciative Inquiry part of the fabric of their lives, their work, their organisations. The stories range from the personal through small teams to organisation and societal change. The settings include family, couples, churches, work with the dying, healthcare and what has traditionally been called ‘heavy industry’.
