Positive-impact companies are organized around the purpose of positive impact, which we define as increasing economic prosperity while contributing to a healthy environment and improving human wellbeing. Ignacio Pavez, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at the School of Business Administration and the Institute for Sustainable Development at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a co-founder of the Red Iberoamericana de Practicantes y Académicos del Paradigma Apreciativo (RIPAPA), which promotes AI within the Ibero-American community to foster generative contexts for human flourishing and social transformation.
