ABSTRACT

This reflection explores the transformative experience of attending the 2024 European Appreciative Inquiry Forum in Namur, Belgium, where a safe, inclusive space fostered creativity and belonging. Through flattened hierarchies and intentional practices, participants unlocked collective wisdom and generativity. The experience inspired deeper commitments to inclusion within healthcare and daily life, demonstrating how safe spaces empower individuals and communities to flourish.
