The recent publication of Better and Better: Creating a Culture of Purpose, Excellence, and Transformative Human Engagement by Bob Stiller, founder of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, reignited my connection to his remarkable journey and unwavering belief in Appreciative Inquiry. The Stiller Family Foundation’s generous gift sparked my own learning journey, allowing me to apply Appreciative Inquiry principles personally and professionally, transforming my approach to leadership, relationships and everyday interactions.
