The Next Step

In this article, the author argues that you never do action research on your own: you need all stakeholders to be there with you. The exchange of ideas through sharing stories is more about an exchange of gifts. Through these gifts, we spread knowledge and become of the values through questioning what is important to us: who are we, what do we want and what do we need to do to achieve our dreams.
