The contributions in this year’s open issue of AI Practitioner range from a new way of looking at Appreciative Inquiry, the Appreciative paradigm, to a new project/model for co-creating mutual value, with Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based disciplines at its core, to a proposition that essential oils can boost the energy and positive responses during an appreciative inquiry.
