In less than sixteen hours, David Kirsch and Koen Joly organized an international meeting by setting a clear date early using simple tools like a shared spreadsheet, and embracing a flexible, co-created agenda. Prioritizing connection, tangible outcomes, and diverse perspectives, they demonstrated that effective gatherings can be spontaneous, collaborative, and impactful without overcomplicating the logistics.
