Using Appreciative Inquiry to Create High- Impact Coach Learning: Insights from a decade of applied research

ABSTRACT

Social Learning Theory aims for individual and collective learning and ‘the principles and processes that AI theorists propose lead to positive organisational transformation’. This paper explores how SLT can be used to enhance sport coaching practice, framed within the four-step AI model (the 4D model): Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny.
