ABSTRACT

For organizations, sustainability means the ability to remain viable and responsive over time as well as capable of strategic change. It has also come to mean the long-term maintenance and responsible use of resources. This article describes an organization and its objectives, the application of SOAR, the leading and lagging indicators of success, and learnings/perspectives from within the organization.
