Dawn Dole is retired from the position of Executive Director of the Taos Institute, where she worked for over 29 years. Dawn was also a consultant, designer and facilitator of Appreciative Inquiry processes, as well as experiential teambuilding and leadership programs, conflict management programs, cooperative games/peaceful playground programs and appreciative parenting workshops.
