In encounters with others, it is natural that we have an intuitive sense of our relative and subjective affinity towards them. While this spontaneous reaction is part of natural human behavior, we now know that it is triggered by unconscious bias. If we have specific processes and mindset we can leverage the undeniable potential for innovation, performance and increased sense of belonging that diversity yields.
