Fertilizing New Ground

ABSTRACT

Appreciative Inquiry is a tool for positive change everywhere, including Guatemala. This article shares examples of how facilitators are using AI to invite youth, teachers and artisans in this civil war-torn, violent, yet vibrant country to dream a better future and become leaders for change in Central America. AI is proving to be a fertilizer that nourishes rather than poisons, with caring rather than chemical additives!
