ABSTRACT

The purpose of the field experiment was to study the effectiveness of a generative Appreciative Inquiry versus ‘traditional’ AI and a problem-solving approach in fostering generativity among
organizational members. The results empirically supported the thesis that synergenesis was the most generative of all the approaches.
