ABSTRACT

Recent scientific studies show that the ratio of positive emotions to negative emotions in people with a high degree of comfort and happiness is 3:1. This indicates the importance of acquiring appreciative skills to enhance positive emotional states that generate better interpersonal relationships and facilitate learning and innovation, among other benefits. This article describes the intervention at the call center of a telecommunications company with five different locations.
