Change Leadership as a Social Construction

ABSTRACT

We base our work on a systemic and constructionist epistemological paradigm, a mindset or system of ideas that our world – our reality – does not exist independently of us: it exists only as it appears to each of us as the result of a process of construction. In our view, the constructionist paradigm offers a far more suitable basis for understanding leadership and organization, not least with regard to change leadership.
