Coming Alive as Researchers: A Generative Conversation with Drs Arne Carlsen and Jane Dutton

Arne Carlsen is a professor in organizational behavior at BI Norwegian Business School. He often uses Appreciative Inquiry in action research and studies facets of human growth in organizations, typically linked to topics of change, idea work, agency, wonder and hope.
