Community Leaders’ Competences for Learning

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a successful experience in the process of training community leaders through the development of competences in the self-regulation of learning. It is one of the most relevant achievements of the research group ‘Learning for Change’, by the Center for Psychological and Sociological Research in Cuba, which earned the national award of the Cuban Academy of Sciences in 2016.
