Technology-enabled educational organizations operate within increasingly complex and volatile environments shaped by rapid advances in artificial intelligence, intensifying competition, and heightened expectations for equitable educational access. This paper presents a consulting plan grounded in a dialogic, strengths-based tradition of organization development and guided by Appreciative Inquiry.
