ABSTRACT

Inspired by Appreciative Inquiry’s strengths-based approach, the authors share their shift from deficit-focused frameworks to fostering resilience, hope and systemic change in transforming organizations. Their innovation bridges Appreciative Inquiry and their work on intercultural diversity, equity and inclusion, creating new tools and processes that prioritize relationships, empathy and renewal.
