ABSTRACT

This article examines Appreciative Inquiry as a facilitation method and orientation that shapes how professionals engage with daily interactions, challenges, and possibilities. The Triple R Framework™ of relevance, relationships, and reflection emerged through practice as real-time self-guidance in the human services field. Through conceptual framing and a practice vignette, the article illustrates how the Triple R Framework brings Appreciative Inquiry principles into daily relational choices, supporting practitioner presence, sustainable engagement, and human-centered systems
