ABSTRACT

This article explores the implementation of Appreciative Inquiry through organizational inclusion initiatives in two biomedical research companies. Moving beyond demographic metrics, the approach cultivated ‘relational fitness’ through constructionist, anticipatory and positive principles. The result was transformative, creating normative inclusion and ‘antifragility’ among participants, with benefits extending beyond organizational boundaries as individuals carried these capabilities into new contexts.
