ABSTRACT

In 2016, Kedge Business School in France sent two of its instructional designers, Olga Boura and Guillaume Laurie, on an Appreciative Inquiry course. Combining AI with their exisiting skills, they created a special one-day icebreaker course to welcome their students and create the conditions students would need to enhance their social development.
