ABSTRACT

This article highlights my discovery of Appreciative Inquiry as a student working with the Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College. In addition to sharing my visions for the future of AI, I invite others around the world to share their stories of the impact AI has had on their life through a world-wide inquiry project that I am working on with a global team of AI practitioners through a Taos Institute grant project.

My name is Jan Groenland and I am from Holland. I felt happiness reading this article. It brought me back to the moment I discovered AI. I think about 4 years ago. And when I reflect on what happens in those 4 years, it’s really amazing. Both in private life and at work, things become much easy and most of all, lot’s of fun. I can practice the 4-D circle and the positive energy on daily base. Taylor Dancer, thank you for sharing your personal story. Have a nice day.
