ABSTRACT

While Appreciative Inquiry is often explicitly used in formal organizational settings, this case presentation highlights the effectiveness of its use, ‘on the quiet’, with a local Threshold Choir (a group dedicated to providing compassionate support through song to individuals nearing the end of life).
