ABSTRACT

Most people are interested in improvement, not necessarily in learning new methods. So keep it simple, help improve – and only talk about method with people who are interested. The challenge and ultimate success are in getting people to participate, contribute, realise improvements and get a taste of applying the method. This article is a case story about walking the walk, not talking the talk.
