This article describes Annette, a true example of a learning leader, who learned early on the truth shared in Appreciative Inquiry that ‘What we choose to focus on becomes our reality’. This coach, CEO and mother of two changed the question to what she wanted to create more of, and focused on possibilities and keeping her mindset open and curious, regardless of circumstance.
