ABSTRACT

This article applies the Appreciative Inquiry principle ‘words create worlds’ to designing a strategy for one’s life. It invites readers to bring the same care to themselves that they bring to their organizations and communities. Through crafting a personal strategic foundation of values, vision, mission, and purpose, and applying the SOAR framework, it offers reflective questions for authoring one’s life.
