Emyr Jones is a consultant pharmacist with the National Health Service in Wales, UK and a part-time Ph.D. candidate at Cardiff University’s School of Pharmacy. His research explores social workers’ positive contributions of to medicines management using an Appreciative Inquiry approach.His work aims to foster collaboration between health and social care professionals, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and holistic care.

Dr Rowan Yemm is a pharmacist and has been a lecturer in the School of Pharmacy at Cardiff University for eleven years, currently leading the postgraduate Pharmacist Independent Prescribing course.
