ABSTRACT

Appreciative Inquiry has the capacity to foster strengths in the lives of individuals and the groups in which they exist, and in the dynamics of people and their organizations, by eliciting ongoing supportive expression that encourages new opportunities for flourishing. In this issue of AI Practitioner, we strive to prime the AI community to find the convergence of AI and expression as the shades of Appreciative Voice have come to light.
