ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to share the profound generative learning from a dialogical workshop that included physical embodiment. The approach used was strategic dialogue with a 2 x 2 Boston matrix and five different strategic scenarios as floor maps. Generative learning and dialogue improved in comparison with previous approaches. Dialogue was enhanced by floor maps and physical embodiment. This paper appreciates how a collective wisdom approach to leadership dialogue lent itself to profound learning.
