Togetherness in Times of Lockdown

ABSTRACT

A group of French Appreciative Inquiry practitioners met online on a regular basis during the eight weeks of the lockdown. They opened generative conversations and created a powerful sense of togetherness. The spirit of Appreciative Inquiry spontaneously infused the meetings and helped the participants not only to cope with the situation but to envision and realize projects together: an experience of appreciative, collective and digital resilience.
