The author of this article, a millennial herself, shares her thoughts about her generation’s attitude to work–life balance, setting priorities, problem-solving and the pressure to be ‘good at everything’. Her discovery of Appreciative Inquiry, she says, has changed the way she sees her reality and her approach to work – and may do the same for other millennials and the generations that follow.
