The traditional narrative of football coaching has been to focus on a player’s weaknesses or the negative aspects of their game on the field. How players deal with doubt will define their career. Players must believe that you believe in them and their ability to reach the goal. Once players accept a strengths-focused approach in their football, they are also empowered in their life.
